لـلعـيون الـسود قـلبـي زاد وجد      وزاد شوقي فوق وجده في لقاها

ناشدن حظي وحظي وين سعده      دام عــينـي غـايـبن عـني سـناهـا

ارتـجيـها لأجـل قـلبـي والـموده      تـمسـح الام الـزعـل والـلي بـداها

والـذي قـد كـان يـا عـمري نعده      نــزوة بــالــود قــرب مــنتــهاهـا

والـوفـا لـهل الوفا بيطول مجده      بـس خـلك بـالـوفـا نـحصـد جناها
